Two Bugfixes for the Website Integration

The
Steady Layers
would in some limited cases show up on top of Cookie Banners. We made them behave a little more demure, more mindful.
Some Ad Blockers would break the
Steady Switch
from working reliably. We introduced more safeguards that will make it more robust.
