Table of contents in the newsletter editor

As a newsletter editor, I would like to be able to generate a table of contents from the headings in order to offer my readers an overview of today's topics, which they can click directly on to the respective headings (link in the document).
Inspired by the DUH newsletter (looks like a different technology)
A stripped-down version of the solution, which would also offer wider application options, could be the extension of the link setting from just URL to URL OR links in the document.

Sometimes you want to publish longer posts. Those that are more structured and perhaps impart deeper knowledge. At least rudimentary navigation within a longer article is very important. The community will thank us for it!
