There are a few different and helpful options in the automation settings so far. However, I am unable to automatically inform a user when their membership has expired. Some members cancel and membership continues for several weeks or even months [for annual memberships]. I would like to point this out to these members so that I can reactivate them. It would be helpful to be able to set the time period to x days “before” and “after” the expiry date.
