Refresh YouTube thumbnails in posts regularly

If I embed a YouTube video in a post and send it per e-mail, for example as a preview to myself, Steady generates a preview image. However, if the video thumbnail on YouTube changes, the Steady preview will not update. This can be a problem if there is a time between, or if I want to release a video to my members first and the free subscribers later.
